Geberit apprentices share the work

In the social-aid projects, our apprentices find themselves suddenly becoming involved in a very different way.

Geberit apprentices from all professional areas and from various countries will be actively sharing in the work of the social-aid projects in accordance with their abilities and preparation. Following careful recruitment and preparation for their work activities, the young people will gather exciting experiences in living and working in-country for approximately two weeks in a group consisting of about ten coworkers.

Learning new things

Geberit wants to sensitize the young professionals and enable them to interact with other people, work in different places around the world and to cope effectively with different life situations.

We also consider this to be a commitment to sustainability: supporting and promoting the further individual development of our employees - particularly our apprentices.
